Vyzna\u010duje sa najm\u00e4 chronick\u00fdm z\u00e1palom sliznice tenk\u00e9ho \u010dreva v d\u00f4sledku precitlivenosti na zlo\u017eky lepku, bielkoviny glut\u00e9nu, ktor\u00e9 sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 v zrn\u00e1ch (semen\u00e1ch) mnoh\u00fdch druhov obiln\u00edn (Wikipedia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frekvencia v\u00fdskytu celiakie sa zna\u010dne l\u00ed\u0161i: V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u0161t\u00fadi\u00ed predpoklad\u00e1 prevalenciu&nbsp;<strong>Frekvencia pod 1%<\/strong><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:1\">1<\/a><\/sup>&nbsp;(1 zo 100 \u013eud\u00ed) popul\u00e1cie v USA a Eur\u00f3pe. Nemeck\u00e9 publik\u00e1cie uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa e\u0161te ni\u017e\u0161ie \u00fadaje (1 z 270 os\u00f4b)<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:2\">2<\/a><\/sup>. V E\u00da je pribli\u017ene 3 a\u017e 4 mili\u00f3ny \u013eud\u00ed, alebo inak povedan\u00e9: \u0161tatisticky povedan\u00e9, ka\u017ed\u00fd v\u00edkend trpia celiakiou 2 a\u017e 4 hostia v stredne ve\u013ekej re\u0161taur\u00e1cii v Nemecku. Pre t\u00fdchto \u013eud\u00ed maj\u00fa bezlepkov\u00e9 potraviny z\u00e1kladn\u00fd v\u00fdznam. E\u00da uznala tento probl\u00e9m a od roku 2009 reguluje ozna\u010dovanie bezlepkov\u00fdch potrav\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1vny r\u00e1mec ozna\u010dovania \"lepku\" v potravin\u00e1ch v E\u00da m\u00e1 v\u0161ak trochu pohnut\u00fa hist\u00f3riu: prv\u00e9 nariadenie (nariadenie (ES) \u010d. 41\/2009) bolo na dlh\u00fd \u010das pozastaven\u00e9 a a\u017e po (pr\u00edli\u0161 dlhom) prechodnom obdob\u00ed bolo nahraden\u00e9 (v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti platn\u00fdm)&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/DE\/TXT\/HTML\/?uri=CELEX:32014R0828&amp;from=DE\" target=\"_blank\">Vykon\u00e1vacie nariadenie (E\u00da) \u010d. 828\/2014<\/a>&nbsp;nahraden\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"glutensensitivit\u00e4t-ohne-z\u00f6liakie\">Citlivos\u0165 na lepok bez celiakie?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V ur\u010dit\u00fdch soci\u00e1lnych skupin\u00e1ch sa zd\u00e1, \u017ee dopyt po bezlepkovej di\u00e9te je tie\u017e v\u00fdrazne vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Neofici\u00e1lne spr\u00e1vy hovoria o 50 % u (preva\u017ene mlad\u00fdch) \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov programu pr\u00e1ce a cestovania v Kanade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je zna\u010dne ve\u013ek\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo, s ktor\u00fdm sa d\u00e1 generova\u0165 predaj. Pre v\u00fdrobcu \"Dr. Sch\u00e4r Group\" z Talianska je predaj \"bezlepkov\u00fdch\" v\u00fdrobkov ve\u013emi lukrat\u00edvnym biznisom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na rozdiel od celiakie, pre ktorej existenciu existuj\u00fa jasn\u00e9 d\u00f4kazy a pre ktorej diagnostiku existuj\u00fa jasn\u00e9 krit\u00e9ri\u00e1, v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti (2019) neexistuj\u00fa \u017eiadne spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 diagnostick\u00e9 krit\u00e9ri\u00e1 pre citlivos\u0165 na lepok bez celiakie: \u017eiadne biomarkery, ni\u010d skuto\u010dne validovan\u00e9. Nezn\u00e1\u0161anlivos\u0165 lepku je preto z vedeck\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska nejasn\u00fdm pozad\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f4kazy o existencii (negat\u00edvnej) nezn\u00e1\u0161anlivosti lepku (citlivosti na lepok) \"pod\" hranicou celiakie sa vo vede pova\u017euj\u00fa za slab\u00e9.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:3\">3<\/a><\/sup>&nbsp;S \u010diasto\u010dn\u00fdm odkazom na predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facu \u0161t\u00fadiu<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:4\">4<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napriek tomu mnoh\u00ed \u013eudia vn\u00edmaj\u00fa \"bezlepkov\u00fa\" (alebo \"n\u00edzkolepkov\u00fa\") di\u00e9tu ako mo\u017enos\u0165 pre seba (a svoje deti) na z\u00e1klade predpokladanej citlivosti na lepok. To viedlo k vzniku obrovsk\u00e9ho trhu, najm\u00e4 v priemyseln\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch. V segmente trhu s bezlepkovou v\u00fd\u017eivou je talianska skupina Dr. Sch\u00e4r zast\u00fapen\u00e1 takmer v celej Eur\u00f3pe, Severnej Amerike, Braz\u00edlii, Turecku, Indii a Izraeli. Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 je jedn\u00fdm z popredn\u00fdch dod\u00e1vate\u013eov bezlepkov\u00fdch potrav\u00edn v Eur\u00f3pe a je l\u00eddrom na trhu v Nemecku a Taliansku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre \u013eud\u00ed trpiacich celiakiou znamen\u00e1 roz\u0161\u00edrenie ponuky bezlepkov\u00fdch polotovarov nepochybne obrovsk\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161enie kvality \u017eivota, preto\u017ee sa zbavuj\u00fa marginaliz\u00e1cie. A \u010do ostatn\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00ed, ktor\u00ed pre\u0161li na bezlepkov\u00fa di\u00e9tu bez stanovenia diagn\u00f3zy, sa mo\u017eno rozhodli zle: \u0161t\u00fadia nazna\u010duje, \u017ee bezlepkov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta nie je zdrav\u00e1 pre ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, preto\u017ee v\u00fdrazne zvy\u0161uje riziko vzniku cukrovky II. typu.&nbsp;<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:5\">5<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\"Je nepravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee by obmedzenie dennej konzum\u00e1cie lepku pomohlo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine \u013eud\u00ed pred\u00eds\u0165 cukrovke 2. typu.\" - Zong, et al.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:5\">5<\/a><\/sup><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadia z USA zistila, \u017ee<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:6\">6<\/a><\/sup>\u017ee 44 % spotrebite\u013eov, ktor\u00ed kupuj\u00fa bezlepkov\u00e9 potraviny, <em>nie<\/em> trpia nezn\u00e1\u0161anlivos\u0165ou lepku. Z nich 65% ver\u00ed, \u017ee bezlepkov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta je vo v\u0161eobecnosti zdrav\u0161ia a 27% sa obracia na bezlepkov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, aby schudlo (pre \u010do neexistuj\u00fa \u017eiadne d\u00f4kazy). To u \u013eud\u00ed&nbsp;<em>bez<\/em>&nbsp;diagnostikovan\u00e1 celiakia bezlepkov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta&nbsp;<em>nie<\/em>&nbsp;pozit\u00edvny \u00fa\u010dinok, existuje aj dobr\u00fd d\u00f4kaz z placebom kontrolovanej a dvojito zaslepenej \u0161t\u00fadie.<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:7\">7<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20% \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov s najni\u017e\u0161ou spotrebou lepku malo o 13% vy\u0161\u0161ie riziko cukrovky 2. typu<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:8\">8<\/a><\/sup>&nbsp;(Video z prezent\u00e1cie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160t\u00fadia Zong a kol. tie\u017e zistila v\u00fdrazne zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko vzniku cukrovky II. typu u \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov \u0161t\u00fadie bez celiakie, ktor\u00ed jedli bezlepkov\u00fa di\u00e9tu. S 200 000 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi i\u0161lo o mimoriadne rozsiahlu \u0161t\u00fadiu: 20% \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkov s najni\u017e\u0161ou spotrebou lepku malo o 13% vy\u0161\u0161ie riziko vzniku cukrovky druh\u00e9ho typu ako 20% s najvy\u0161\u0161ou spotrebou. Pri inverzn\u00fdch z\u00e1veroch sa odpor\u00fa\u010da opatrnos\u0165 (ako v\u017edy): \u0160t\u00fadia vyvracia podozrenie, \u017ee lepok je kardiometabolick\u00fd jed. Pre \u013eud\u00ed bez ochorenia spojen\u00e9ho s lepkom v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti existuj\u00fa <em>\u017eiadne argumenty v prospech bezlepkovej di\u00e9ty, ale sk\u00f4r argumenty proti nej<\/em><sup><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/sk\/publication\/glutenintoleranz_getue\/#fn:8\">8<\/a><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"woher-kommen-all-die-positiven-erfahrungen-mit-glutenfreier-ern\u00e4hrung\">Odkia\u013e poch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v\u0161etky pozit\u00edvne sk\u00fasenosti s bezlepkovou di\u00e9tou?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pravdepodobn\u00fdm vysvetlen\u00edm pozit\u00edvnych spr\u00e1v o \u013eu\u010foch, ktor\u00ed zmenili stravu na bezlepkov\u00fa bez diagn\u00f3zy celiakie, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 placebo alebo nocebo efekt, ktor\u00fd podporuj\u00fa internetov\u00e9 f\u00f3ra a skupiny na Facebooku. Celkovo sa \"bez\" pova\u017euje za pozit\u00edvne tvrdenie mnoh\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed bez ak\u00fdchko\u013evek d\u00f4kazov. T\u00e1to my\u0161lienka vrchol\u00ed v ezoterick\u00fdch konceptoch, ako je \u00fadajn\u00e1 \"light di\u00e9ta\". \"Free from\" nemus\u00ed znamena\u0165 v\u00f4bec ni\u010d.<\/li><li>Ke\u010f \u013eudia menia svoj jed\u00e1lni\u010dek, len ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo z nich sa dr\u017e\u00ed vedeck\u00e9ho pr\u00edstupu: nemenia len \"nejak\u00fa l\u00e1tku\", ale ve\u013emi \u010dasto sa pustia do rozsiahlej my\u0161lienkovej kon\u0161trukcie stravy. Potom sa nielen\u017ee zaob\u00eddu bez jednotliv\u00fdch aspektov, ale v\u0161etko mo\u017en\u00e9 vo svojom stravovan\u00ed obr\u00e1tia naruby. Je pravdepodobn\u00e9, \u017ee to bude ma\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinky.
