Diese finden wir gemeinsam mit unseren rd. 6.000 Mitgliederinnen, Mitglieds- und Partnerverb\u00e4nden und bearbeiten sie in zahlreichen&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/de\/#30_projects\">Projekten<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seit 2012 sind wir hierf\u00fcr in die Liste&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/de\/#80_rechtsdurchsetzung\">qualifizierter Einrichtungen<\/a>&nbsp;eingetragen und f\u00fchren als Tr\u00e4ger der \u00f6ffentlichen Belange Marktkontrollen mit Schwerpunkt im Einzelhandel durch. Wir unterhalten seit 2015 unter anderem die&nbsp;Marktw\u00e4chterstelle Psychomarkt. Bereits seit der Gr\u00fcndung bestand unser Kernteam aus Jurist:innen und \u00c4rzt:innen (meist im Ruhestand), die Arbeit im Gegenwert von j\u00e4hrlich einer dreiviertel Million Euro f\u00fcr unsere gemeinsamen Verbandsziele leisten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/Bild_2022-03-10_195358.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1536\" width=\"265\" height=\"333\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach einer ausgiebigen Diskussion unter unseren Mitgliedern im Jahr 2018 haben wir damit begonnen, alle Prozesse und Funktionalit\u00e4ten durch Freie Software abzubilden. F\u00fcr alle Bereiche der ideellen Arbeit ist uns dies gelungen, f\u00fcr den Bereich der Rechtsdurchsetzung, in dem Fachsoftware eingesetzt werden muss, ist es uns weitgehend gelungen. Wir sind von&nbsp;<strong>Open Source Software<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcberzeugt und leisten j\u00e4hrlich einen nennenswerten Beitrag zur Open Source Community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einzelspenden ab 10.000 \u20ac und Unternehmensspenden ab 1 \u20ac finden sich im&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/euroconsum.eu\/transparenzbericht\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1127\">Transparenzbericht<\/a><\/strong>.
